    A caveat before I begin – this is just me prepping up for a right good rant.  But  before I post the full absurdness of my interactions with Tesco Digital over the last two days I want to give them the opportunity to respond to my last email of this morning – let’s say the close of play tonight.

    So far the story involved some marketing, a response and purchase, a failing digital download system, stock customer service answers and no product at my end.

    So until later on be prepared for a rant or two.

      Im not a paid up user just yet but might hang fire until they fix the adverts.

      Hopefully they will have the privacy issue sorted quickly but it seems they should have given the feature a bit more thought/testing, at the end of the day i dont mind people knowing what I listen to, but some people might not want it auto shared like that.

      Are the adverts still there? It’s not just a case of having to sign in again with your premium account post-update?

      If they’ve put adverts in for premium users then that sucks balls BIG TIME.
